Compelling Read!!  Aug 6, 2008
This is a modest price for a great book!I thought this was a read that tackled some key challenges faced by managers in business every day. It's rare you find a business book that uses situations people can actually relate to. It was clearly written by someone that knows something about what he's writing! It's all very real, no fantasy or metaphorical oddities, very real but very compelling.

You'll find the human side of business combined with the hard truths of management, topped off with the essence of positive leadership and how people are the heart of any organization. This book was a sequel to Wayne's original, "If It Ain't Fun It Ain't Worth Doing!" The character development and evolution of the story is remarkable. I recommend reading both books to really get the point of what Wayne is communicating. I have included the link below. 5*!

Always Remember: If It Ain't Fun, It Ain't Worth Doing!

Highly Recommended for Leaders in all areas of business  Jul 1, 2008
I highly recommend this book as a must read for anyone managing people or working on skill development to move into a leadership position of any kind.
Wayne's book provides practical positive solutions to real life employee issues surrounding negativity, including toxic personalities, harassment and disengagement to name a few. He uses his story telling ability to engage the reader throughout and his style of writing makes the lessons easy to understand, unlike many business books I have read.
Wayne introduces new concepts through his Positive Passion presentation that truly recognizes the qualities of what it takes to actually lead people in a positive manner. Since practising his methods with positive energy my staff is more dedicated, motivated, engaged and productive than ever before!
Thank you Wayne!
