Reviews - What do our customers think?
 | Well researched and well written Nov 9, 2009 |
| Every Christian would benefit from reading this book. The information has obviously been thoroughly researched. There are so many biblical notations in the book, it sometimes feels like you are reading the Bible. However the scripture is not haphazardly placed throughout. He uses it to very effectively back up his points, which can not be summarized in a brief review. This is not Dave Ramsey. This is not practical investing advice. This is an in-depth look at what the Bible has to say about one's finances. Old Testament and New, Kuban sites numerous passages that deals with money. I had no idea the Bible actually dealt with the subject so thoroughly. This would be a great book to use along with a Bible Study in a small group session. | | | | This book is a must read! | If you've ever wondered, "What does the Bible have to say about money," this book is for you. Rob Kuban has done his homework. He goes to the Bible first, and then answers your questions in a clear, concise, and thoughtful way. Since the book is topical, you don't have to sit down and read it all at once (although you'll likely want to) - you can simply look up a topic and go straight there. Especially in this season of economic hardship, Kuban has developed a book that can be used as a reference for years to come. | | | Write your own review about Dollars and Doctrine
