| Beneth Jones does an exceptional job covering the basics of presenting yourself as a polished Christian woman. All possible aspects of the appearance of a woman are covered from etiquette, conversation, body care, clothing coordination, and then some. She bases her information on Scriptural principles and applies practical tips to each area. There were, however, a couple of things that I disagreed with. The first was the view that women in their thirties should rethink long hair. I've seen many women that look beautiful with long hair in their thirties and even into their forties. Another concern that I had with this book was the comment about the woman with the gray hair in a bow. Granted, it may have looked bad to the author and her husband, but publishing the words of her husband came across as critical and unkind. These, however, were small personal differences, and I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve not just their appearance, but their presentation. | | | Write your own review about In the Best Possible Light
